Trinkets - illustration of a tricycle

Giddy Kipper Theatre present a show dedicated to the bits and bobs found on dusty shelves, lofts, garages and forgotten Antique shops.

Every object has a story to tell, and with a bit of Magic these stories can come to life! A puppet show based on the back of a red tricycle, the Tinkerer will ride into towns, fields, cities and just about anywhere to show everyone their marvellous menagerie of thingeemajigs and whatsits.

With live music calling on a bygone-era, audience interaction and a cast of puppets you’ll sure to be tapping your toes and hearing about the thrills and woes of our dusty but loved characters.

Based around ideas of memories, make do and mend and reusing old things, the show encourages sharing personal stories from beloved trinkets and reusing old books, clothes and furniture. Suitable for old and young, short and tall, little and large ‘Trinkets” is a show that everyone can enjoy and you’ll see that the next time you whats-it-called goes kapplut you’ve gotta make do and mend!

Please turn up 10 mins before the show starts. Print it out your ticket or bring it on your phone.
